Our (Devich Holzschuherzeugung GmbH) prices and deliveries are subject to the following terms and conditions. They also apply to all future business relationships, even if they are not expressly agreed upon again. Deviations from our terms and conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Goods are generally shipped after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to freely choose shipping routes and carriers according to the circumstances. The delivery time stated by us is non-binding. If we are in default with our delivery, the customer may set a reasonable grace period. Claims for damages are excluded.
Shipping is carried out via GLS or Austrian Post (Austrian Post partners with DHL for deliveries to Germany).
We offer the following payment methods:
Unrest, operational disruptions of any kind, traffic disruptions or official orders, as well as all events of force majeure, strikes, walkouts and lockouts, shortages of raw materials, semi-finished materials and labour that affect production, shipping or the handling of the business relationship entitle us, at our discretion, to postpone delivery for the duration of the hindrance and to the extent of its impact, or to withdraw from the contract — in whole or in part — at any time. Claims by the buyer for damages or subsequent delivery are excluded.
All deliveries are made at the prices valid on the day of the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Returned goods must be in undamaged, perfect condition and must not show any signs of use. The buyer bears the costs for packaging and return shipping. We only accept prepaid return shipments. In the case of damage or soiling, we reserve the right to a reduced refund. Transport and packaging costs are borne by the buyer. If you want to be on the safe side, simply contact us by e-mail — we will send you our measuring method and together we will find the right size.
Personal data obtained in the course of the business relationship is used by us exclusively for processing the business relationship. The data is stored until revoked. Data is only passed on to third parties as part of the shipping process, to the respective shipping provider. You can have the data you provided deleted at any time.
