We ship your order carefully packed to the delivery address provided during checkout. The available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown in the checkout.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Orders placed through our webshop are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from your contract within the statutory period without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

After exercising your right of withdrawal, please return the goods complete, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Returns

We only accept prepaid shipments. Please note that freight-collect or postage-due parcels cannot be accepted.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or otherwise agreed.

Refunds

After we have received and checked the returned goods, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the original order.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
